Notice of Public Hearing

On September 2, 2025, Joe Zemba, owner of Average Joe’s BBQ & Beer, whose address is 610 Colorado, Ordway, CO 81063 filed an application requesting the licensing officials of the City of Las Animas to grant a Tavern license (City) for Average Joe’s BBQ & Beer, 402 6th Street, Las Animas, CO 81054. Public hearing on this application will be held at the Las Animas Municipal Building in the City Council Chambers at 7:00 P. M. at a City Council meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Petitions or remonstrance may be filed with the City Clerk at P. O. Box 468, 532 Carson Ave, Las Animas, CO 81054. By order of the City Council
